ACCOUNTABILITY + PSYCHOLOGICAL INSIGHTS
Weekly Accountability Groups for
Solo Creators and Solopreneurs
Join a facilitated small group for business owners, creatives, and consultants seeking deeper focus, greater consistency, and sustainable growth by understanding and overcoming creative resistance through psychology insights and community support.
You have brilliant ideas and genuine ambition. But somewhere between conception and completion, familiar patterns emerge. The project stalls. Resistance kicks in. You tell yourself you'll "get back to it next week."
Most creators work in isolation, missing the accountability that happens when real humans witness your creative journey. We've been conditioned to believe creative work should happen in solitude, but research shows this goes against how we're actually wired for success.
What You Will Get
A Complete Support System for Sustainable Creative Progress
This isn't just weekly check-ins. It's a comprehensive support system designed around how creating actually works, combining the practical momentum of accountability with deep psychological insight into creative resistance.
> Your 1:1 Onboarding and Orientation (60 minutes): We start with a thorough diagnostic to understand your creative objectives and patterns, then set quarterly goals and identify potential resistances before they derail your progress.
> Weekly Accountability Groups (30 minutes): Every week, small groups of creators gather to share what they accomplished, what they learned, what comes next, and any blocks on the horizon. Structure creates safety. Community creates momentum.
> Monthly Unblock Studio: Each month, I create a short video addressing common creative blocks such as perfectionism, fear of visibility and imposter syndrome from a psychological point of view. I will suggest a monthly challenge with simple practical exercises, designed to help you overcome these blocks and transform resistance into flow permanently.
> Quarterly Reflection & Goal Reset: Every three months, we pause to review progress against reality, identify recurring patterns (both helpful and limiting), and set new 90-day intentions. Real change happens in cycles, not linear progression.
Why It Works
The Research is Clear
We tell ourselves we just need more focus, more discipline, more willpower.
But what we really need is creating as we evolved to create.
Human beings are a collaborative species. For most of our history, we created in circles, with communal storytelling, solving problems side by side, learning through shared rhythm and attention.
Isolation is a modern invention. So is trying to produce meaningful work in a vacuum.
Accountability groups work because they restore something essential:
Being witnessed in your effort
Naming your struggles out loud
Co-regulating through shared momentum
In our program, we also go deeper than others. We will work to gain insight into the unconscious patterns behind our resistance and how to overcome them in practice.
This is essential to find sustainable flow in our creative practices.
We want to create something of our own, and we want freedom and flexibility doing it. That's why most of us end up doing it alone. But science shows that alone is not actually good, and it hurts our capacity to reach our goals.
What actually drives results is accountability, especially when it’s structured, regular, and peer-based. Research shows that your chances of achieving a goal jump dramatically based on how you approach it:
Just having an idea: 10% success rate
Deciding to act: 25%
Setting a deadline: 40%
Making a plan: 50%
Committing to someone else: 65%
Regular accountability check-ins: 95% success rate
Add to that the power of witnessing, group ritual, and reflective practice, and the result is real creative movement, not just more pressure.

This is made for you:
The Creative With Too Many Ideas
You’re full of exciting projects, but you rarely finish them. You bounce between inspiration and burnout, and deep down you worry you’ll never ship the work that truly matters to you.
The Solo Founder
You’re building something alone, and the weight of every decision sits on your shoulders. You crave clarity, structure, and someone to walk alongside you.
The Restarter
You keep restarting: new goals, new tools, new systems. But momentum never lasts. You need a steady rhythm and someone to help you stay connected to your deeper why.
The Overthinker
You see complexity and nuance in everything. You’re always learning, but struggle to choose a focus or bring things to completion. You want gentle structure to help you ship, without boxing you in.
The Perfectionist
You delay launching because it's "not ready yet." You research endlessly, plan obsessively, and revise constantly, but rarely ship. You're caught between high standards and paralyzing fear of imperfection.
Hi, I’m Raquel de Oliveira, a former tech startup founder and psychoanalyst helping creators turn ideas into finished work.
I spent years as a Chief Operations Officer, building a tech company from the ground up and delivering high-stakes work, day after day. I’ve worked in strategy across industries, from global agencies like BBH to major tech players like HTC. I’ve led teams, coached creators, and designed operational systems for organizations ranging from 4WARD.earth to São Paulo’s influential art gallery Choque Cultural.
I’ve seen what it really takes to keep creative momentum alive.
I’m also a human ecologist and psychoanalyst, trained to recognize the deeper patterns that shape how we create, stall, collapse, and rise again.
When I became a founder, I thought I’d need more discipline. What I actually needed was companionship.
Today, I offer that same kind of presence to other creators: a human beside you, helping you not just remember what you want to make, but gently stay with it until it’s done.
What will you achieve in 2025?
