FAQs

  • Each call is 30 minutes long, with a group of up to 10 people. We go through a simple, effective structure:

    1. What did you do last week?

    2. What did you learn?

    3. What are you committing to this week?

    4. What’s blocking you, practically or emotionally?

There’s no performance pressure. Just honest reflection, witnessed by people who get it.

  • Life happens. If you miss a session, you’ll still receive the AI-generated summary (so you can stay connected to the group’s rhythm). You can also submit your weekly reflection asynchronously, and we’ll include your update in the group summary.

  • Many creative blocks aren't logical, they’re emotional. Perfectionism, procrastination, and overworking often come from deeper fears: fear of judgment, fear of visibility, fear of failure or success.

My background in psychoanalysis helps you name and shift these patterns, not by forcing change, but by creating awareness and safety. That’s what makes this different from surface-level productivity coaching.

  • It’s not therapy. It’s not traditional coaching either.
This is a hybrid space: structured like a COO-led team, supported like a creative circle, and informed by the deep insight of psychoanalytic practice.

You get both the strategic view and emotional depth that creators truly need.

  • You’re not alone, many creatives are introverts or highly sensitive.
That’s why the calls are structured, respectful, and never about “performing.” You’ll only speak for a few minutes each session, and always from a place of honesty, not pressure.

Most people actually relax into the rhythm quickly, because they realize:
“I don’t have to do this alone anymore.”

  • This space is open to all kinds of solo creators—writers, designers, educators, artists, coaches, indie founders, researchers, and idea people of all stripes.

What matters is that you’re working toward something meaningful and want help staying steady and emotionally connected to the process.

  • If you show up with honesty and consistency, you’ll likely experience:

    • Greater clarity and confidence in your work

    • More consistent progress (and actual shipping!)

    • Relief from shame, perfectionism, and overwhelm

    • A deeper connection to your creative “why”

    • A sense of not doing it all alone anymore

Most people come for accountability, and stay for the insight.
